Thread: Question about my quest for lucidity

ok so ive been trying to wild for like 3 months now, i usually go to bed at like 10-11 and sometimes ill wake up at 5.

the problem is that its been rare that i actually wake up at 5 and are conscious, so when i AM conscious ill usually wake up, look around for like 5 minutes then lay down and i wont move, ill try to fall back asleep. As the WILD method tells me to the only thing that has come out of this has been falling asleep without LD or not being able to fall asleep. ive never experienced sleep paraylsis
