Afternoon WILDing?

I hear that a very good time to WILD is during an afternoon nap?

I have 2 questions.

1. What sort of time is best to do it? Would at 4:00 after school be ok? or can I only do it at like 1 or 2 so only or weekends?

2. How come the afternoon is a good time? I thought you have to have some sleep before?

After school is a good time, but remember to eat first, or else the hunger will bother you.
Actually, the time don't matter much as long as your tired. But if you take nap too late you might not sleep at night.

Naps will put you in "deep sleep" just after some minuets. A 15 min nap gives you enough energy for hours.

I find eating causes me to pay too much attention to my stomach. Give yourself time to settle first.
