      Do you have to lie on your back?

      Simple question do i have to lie down flat on my back while doing WILD as it gets uncomfortable.

      No, just get in a comfortable position for you...

      I'm the same when it gets to lying on my back... BUT! I feel it more relaxing to be until the discomfort starts... so what I usually do is start lying on my back until I feel very relaxed and the discomfort starts, then I move to my side, get comfortable and SP normally comes faster. That's just me though, it depends on the person.

      It doesn't matter what side you do it on. Personally I like to do mine on the the right or left side whichever is comfortable at the time. But it really depends on the person.
