This buzzing you describe is what I call hypnagogic pulsing (that isn't a real term, but that is what I call it |

Often when I try to WILD, I go into what I think is a sleep state. I'm not paralyzed, I don't hear things, don't hallucinate, don't even get images in my mind. The only way to describe it is a 'buzzing feeling' in my head. It isn't a sound, but it feels a bit like a sound. It's a sensation distinct from any others. There's no question as to whether it's some stage of sleep. It definitely is. But which is it? Is it SP, even though no imagery is coming to mind? Apparently I've gotten SP before but it was nothing like this, so it seems one of them must not have been SP. |

Maybe HS? (Hypnotic Sounds. I think thats how you pronunciate it.) HS is when you here sounds sounds as you start to fall asleep or during SP. One time I heard a dog bark it kinda freaked me out for a second too. If you do here something that does kinda freak you out, just remember that its all you your head and its not real. Just think of it as something cool |
