      I need some help with the WBTB method.

      Recently I've been trying to WILD and I've been combining this with WBTB. I've been waking up four and a half hours after I estimate I fall asleep - the timings are no problem. Thing is, whenever I get woken up by the alarm, I'm so tired I can barely move and I usually just stay there on my back. I try to stay aware but every single time I've tried WBTB I've just fallen asleep as soon as I wake up.

      How can I motivate myself to get out of bed and to stay up a little before going back to sleep? Thanks in advance.

      For me, it would always help to motivate me to think that soon I would be in an LD, having a ton of fun

      But, honetly man, WIlD is VERY difficult, I recommend DIlD/MIlD with a WBTB daily.

      Make a bet with someone. Ask someone to get you out of bed or just kick yourself in the butt and tell yourself you will do it no matter what. Like going to work or school, you can't lie around after the alarm has gone off now can ya?

      You should try placing your alarm at the other side of the room, this will force you to get up and switch it of.
