So, I am going to do a Wake Back to Bed to try and have a lucid dream tonight. Problem is, I can't do this unless it's the weekend. I can't wait that long!
So, my question to you is: If I go to bed at 9:00 PM and sleep for 5 hours, waking up at 2:00AM, then staying up for an hour watching / reading about Lucid Dreams til 3:00 AM, then taking a "nap" until 6:40-7:00AM, would I still be doing the correct WBTB method?
Because I need to leave for school at 7:00, so I have to get up... so it wouldn't be a nap, more of a finishing my sleep.
Or is that possibly too long of a "nap" (That would be NEARLY 4 hours)? Should I go to bed at 10:00PM, allowing for about a 3 hours nap?
Sorry if that's confusing
If you can't understand it, basically what I'm asking is, if I have to leave at 7:00 AM tomorrow, what time should I:
A) Go to bed
B) Wake Up
C) Go Back to Bed (until 6:40-7:00AM)
?
