I'm a terrible WILDer. I've never even felt SP. Yeah, not even once. Now that that's out of the way, here's the main scenerio I always find myself in whenever I'm attempting a WILD.

I get bored quickly and end up daydreaming. Most of my daydreams include what I would have wanted to do in a lucid dream (flying, running really fast, doing kung-fu). Eventually, I get bored of daydreaming too, and end up deciding to just fall asleep.

Is what I'm doing a stupid thing to do? I simply lay still for around 15 minutes imagining myself doing things and trying to make it as real as possible. I try to simulate all of my senses. When my back gets sore from lying for too long, I just roll to my side.



Are any of these the reasonings to why I can't even get to SP?



Also, this is another problem I've been having with Visualizing:

When I was running on some rooftops, I felt like I had a hard time keeping my stability. I kept losing my balance and nearly fell backwards. This happened when I was lying on my back. When I changed positions to lie on my side, I felt that I always stumbled and lost balance towards the side that I was lying on.
