W.I.L.D. problem eye blinking

I have W.I.L.D. once successfully dont know how I did it but saw the lights the patterns and stuff than I was in dream realm and heard the words lucid dreaming from a binural beats i was listening to and got so excited i woke up. But Now i have been attempting to wild 4 hours after i sleep and I dont know if im focusing too hard or not but whenever I start to get comfortable and colors begin to appear my eyes have the sudden urge to OPEN and i cant stop it so they semi open and i force myself to close them to keep the darkness around. but as i do this i wake up completely again and lost all my focus =( Should i just let them move? or what?

Hmm I've had my eyes open only once before. Try to not focus on the images. Just passively watch them. Also try not to focus on your eyes. Just try to keep the thoughts out of your head.
