      Reverse blinking?

I'm sure this is probably another really silly question, but what is reverse blinking? Does it mean closing your eyes and then occasionally opening them for a split second, or blinking with your eyes shut (the blinking muscles can still be used even if your eyes are closed)?

I've always heard it used for the first meaning.
Literally blinking in reverse: You keep your eyes shut, and then "blink" for a split second, opening your eye then shutting it again.

It's quite good at relaxing yourself, i.e. when you're trying to get to sleep.

OK perhaps I'll try that later!

For some people, it helps to LD. ^_^
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.
