Thread: UGH still SP troubles. Sounds but no dreams?

So in my everyday life, I usually (without trying) find myself in SP while falling asleep or w.e.. maybe once every week or two. At least half the time im in SP I can very clearly I mean CLEAR as day hear noises or even bizarre music playing. But no HI?? One time is was a loud, continuous popping noise, another time it sounded like alienish music combined with middle eastern music. Anyways, as soon as I start hearing these sounds and "try" to enter a LD, they fade away :/ SO basically I have no idea where to go from there, especially since I don't see any Hynogogic Imagery or Dream scapes anything :/
