Before you start dreaming, do you lose any mobility and hear strange sounds, feel strange things, and or see strange things, this stage is Sleep Paralyses. And is accompanied by WILD so one can consciously fall asleep |

Uh no, I don't think so. It's kind of like black then suddenly a dream starts and I'm conscious from the beginning. It's as if I've been sleeping for a couple hours then as a dream starts I immediately become lucid. But during the dream I usually can hear whatever noises there are in my physical bedroom around me, and sometimes, I've mentioned this in another post, I can feel myself talking out loud (I sleep talk a lot). I'm aware of my body, I mean. I can feel my limbs and stuff and be aware of them and the dream at the same time. For example, if my mom walks in my room at the moment I am lucid dreaming, I can usually realize that she's in the room. That's the only kind "sounds" or whatever. |

These lucid dreams would be classified as DILDs. DILD stands for Dream Induced Lucid Dream. Basically, with DILDs you either become lucid because you are in a dream or with the help of the dream. You are naturally DILDing without the use of the dream itself. That is definitely a good thing |

I agree with everyone else. That sounds like a DILD. Remember, these classifications don't really mean anything. They are just for convenience. From what you describe, I wonder if you are actually waking up for a brief second before you are re-entering a dream. Maybe they are DEILDs? Most people wake up for a few seconds naturally throughout the night, and don't even realize it. |

Oh, I see. :] Yes, that clears things up. |
