      Trouble with WILD

      EDIT: I Meant WILD can an admin change thread title,thanks!




      So i have problem with not moving,i can keep still with all parts of my body,but as soon as i lay down i always feel like i need to swallow. I just cant help it,i try,but the feeling of it going down my throat,i must get rid of it.

      I dont think about it until i lay down still

      I personally do what was suggested above. I just sleep in my normal position. But if you prefer to WILD on your back, try using an extra pillow or towel to tilt your head forward slightly more than usual. That way the saliva should just go down with little effort

      What position do you normally sleep in? Try doing the first few minutes of your WILD on your back, then switching over to your normal position.

      If you always sleep on your back, but only notice the problem when you WILD, try fluffing up one side of your pillow and tilting your head slightly to that side.
