I can easily enter SP, but never gaining lucidity

I've been able to train myself to enter sleep paralysis immediately, along with the "buzzing" and hypnagogic hallucinations, but not once in the past 2+ years have I been able to transition into a dream. I have strong hallucinations while my eyes are open in this state, but it's simply a misinterpretation of reality rather than a dream.

Is there anything I can do?

You should try to think about lucid dreaming - either by just keeping it in your mind, or with a mantra - and you should also allow yourself to relax. If you ignore the hallucinations while in SP, you should get into a dream. Don't worry if you can't do it, keep trying and stay confident that you will enter a lucid dream.
