WILD so is this where i went wrong ?

today i did a wild unfortunately it did not work!i was on my bed then i began thinking about yoshi WILD tutorial so i told myself to move after 10minutes so i moved and moved until 1 hour later i gave up. was this due to the fact that i was concentrating on my physical body too much.

This is what i plan to do today after WBTB i will make myself more aware by searching in the forum then i will lay on my bed still while listening to some TV serial at a low volume ,this is to keep mt brain visualizing the serial scene as i can remember it vivdly.by doing this i can begin to ignore my body so lets say now i enter my SP. i begin HI so should i wait for my dream to form when i close my eyes or i begin to visualize my dream in the serial to induce it faster ! this post is quite long and thanks for reading i aprreciate your feedback

I don't see a question in there at all. I'll give a run down of the basics for WILD

      - WBTB first makes it loads easier
      - Don't focus on your body
      - Don't focus on anything in particular that you see or hear
      - Don't focus

I'm pretty sure that's the bottomline when it comes to WILDing. I've read that you should start trying to visualize a "dream scene" after you've entered SP and you should end up inside of it.

I'm going to be moving this to WILD you'll probably get more responses ^^

Like caretaker said, don't focus on your physical body.
You were possibly too awake, or had too much on your mind. Keep trying

It took me quite a lot of practice to ever get into SP. Just keep trying and eventually you will succeed.
