I can get sleep paralysis, but No further.

I have gotten sleep paralysis 2 nights in a row, but I can't figure out what to do once im there. this morning I went layed back down after waking up, and realized i was sleeping, due to the noises i was hearing.(they say you see imagery before sleep paralysis starts but I normally start hearing things first.) and then I became more concious of my self. I started the Vibrations and the random screams, radio sounds etc. and I let them pass through. I got up and tried a reality check and.... Awake. so no false awakening. Sleep paralysis isn't very hard for me to get into in the mornings but I'm not quite sure what to do. I've read the guides and stuff but, im still just wondering. What am i doing wrong. and what am i doing right

Edit: Not sleep paralysis but the creepy vibrational things. Like I always end up waking up before paralysis starts is what im trying to say

I'm going in sleep paralysis to attempt a WILD everytime I wake up in the morning, I reached vibrations only once and never heard or saw anything.
Usually I either get bored (and get up) or fall asleep in a non-lucid dream that begins exactly in my bed, with me trying to do a WILD. Happened this morning and my un-aware dreaming self said 'Well, I'm still in a WILD it's obviously not a dream. I'll just continue'; then I woke up and realised how stupid I am.

haha this WILD thing is kinda hard. but for the fact I've got the Vibrations 2 days in a row and only been working on it 2 days it ok. I guess itll happen eventually. its funny though i never intend for it to happen. Just whenever i lay down after i wake up it just kinda happens.
