      Is this Sleep Paralysis ?

I tried doing WILD for the last 3 mornings and 1 during the nap.My body gets heavy and my arms and legs become numb, i can't feel them .I read that sleep paralysis happens when you can't move your body parts , but for me , i can move them when i want ,it is just the feeling that i woke the body parts up.Is this Sleep paralysis?and if i don't feel my body parts anymore should i wait for Hypnagogic images to appear, or should i start visualizing my dream? As i've been laying for over an hour for the last few tries with SP(If my first question's answer is a YES) and i wasn't able to see any Hypnagogic images.

Its the start of SP and to be honest hypnagogic images are over rated... I hardly ever see them. If my WILDs work perfectly I go from lying in bed to being in a dream

Edit: Its ok to move as well if the urge gets to much. Go read King moshi's wild technique. Thats the best and it allows you to move

Further edit: http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/yoshis...chnique-82529/ Here it is. (sorry yoshi not moshi)
