      Hallucinations, vibrations, how do i keep my cool?

      Well, after many tries i finally made some progress WILDing. I woke up 3-4 hrs after falling asleep, and lay still while counting to 10. After about 25 minutes the tinitus sound got more intense, and then all of a sudden i heard a fly right next to my right ear (hallucination). seconds later, i felt that intense wave of energy described in many tutorials.
      Well, all this got me very excited, as i knew it was the beginning of SP. So my heart started racing really fast and because of that the feeling disappeared. I didnt want to wait another 25 minutes so i decided just to go to sleep.
      So my question is, how do i stop my heart from racing while entering SP?

      This can happen at first, since you can get very excited when realizing you're getting close. Just take some deep breaths, relax, and just make yourself calm down.
      Over time this will become natural and you will no longer lose the SP from excitement.

      Experience. You can also slow your breathing down, your heartrate can be consciously controlled by altering your breathing.

      Based on my experience. After a couple of more SPs, you'll be able to get used to it and worry about it no more
