Had my first WILD last night.

      *
Well the first time I've felt myself going into a WILD anyway.*
I think I naturally WILD a lot as most of my lucids I come round in bed, reality check and am lucid but I've never managed to feel the buzz of SP, I've come close but last night got it big time.

I had just woke up from another normal but vivid dream and in it sort of new I was dreaming so woke myself up.
I did a quick RC but had actually woke up.
I close my eyes, lay real still, for some reason I imagine myself floating and bang, I get a huge humming in my ears like someone's got there fingers in them.
I can hear soft voices also talking right into my ears which I must say was a little creapy but also really strange and cool.
I feel like I'm flooting up fast, then like I'm flying all over the place, left, right, spinning around end over end, the sensation is very strong and intense.
After about a minute or two of this I think ok I'll open my eyes and hopefully I won't loose it, so I do.
The spinning and everything stops, I look at my left hand and think imagine it rising out from my body leaving my real body sleeping (this is what read on here you should do)*
It works, my dream hand lifts up.
I use it to pinch my nose (as I always do) just to double check, I can breath so I think ok let's roll out of my body which I then do.
I look back at myself expecting to see myself asleep but I'm not, there's no one there just like all the other times I've looked back and hoped to see me lying there.
I take off out my window and have a LD, didn't last very long the dream, only a couple of mins but the getting there was great.

I often link LDs together and only count them as 1 but I had another 2 completly seperate LDs last night (each with 2 to 3 linked) after this one, the most I've had in one night so far.
The 3rd one was the best I've ever had and lasted for around 30 to 40 mins.
One of the best experiences of my life.
      ashraen and jme like this.

Great job on getting lucid and especially through a WILD. You must have a knack for WILDing because most people find WILDs very hard. (Including myself) But, it looks like you are becoming quite the LDer because you only just joined DreamViews. But, anyways great job MrOBlonde!

      Hi FireDevil, thanks.

Yeh I think I got a bit lucky with this one, as after just waking up from a dream my body must have been in the perfect state.
It only took about 10/20 seconds and it hit me like a train.

After the intense feeling of SP though when I opened my eyes and came round in bed lucid, it was exactly the same as coming round in 95% of my other LDs.

I think I must usually wake up for a split second in the night and not even realise it, then go into a WILD naturally, skiping the SP feeling and just coming round in bed lucid.

Whenever I've tried to WILD (exept this time obviously) I've got a slight tingling a lot of times and once a very strong weight on my chest, but always thought yes it's working, then snaped out of it.
But now I know when it hits it hits hard and you know about it.
I can see why people think they get abducted by Aliens or something, because if I didn't know what this was, I would have been sure it was something paranormal.

That sounds amazing. I've thought about doing WILDs a few times but right before I go to bed I get seriously lazy and switch my alarm off, hoping for a DILD haha.

Congratulations, that's almost exactly how my first wild was. I was hearing wispers in my ear. Keep up the good work.

Hey firedevil, your last goal is the best way to describe what I've been trying to do I don't want the adventure to end after one lucid, I want it to become familiar, and become realistic

      Supurstamin.
      Thanks, it was really cool.
Insted of trying it before you go to sleep, you should try after you've just woken up from a dream, it makes it much easier.

      TopTen35.
      Thanks man.

      Moved to WILD
