Was I Close?

So this morning I attempted a WILD. I was up at around 7 o clock in the morning and decided to start listening to Lucid Dreaming Binaural Beats to help me relax. After an hour of listening my whole body was numb. I then decided to take off my headphones turn to my side and fall asleep.

Once I turned around, I was in this half asleep state and I was daydreaming kind of. Whenever I touched something in my daydream, the part of my body that I touched in the dream, the same part in real life twitched.

I then got a super strange feeling and I could feel my spirit body! My spirit body was sinking into my bed while I could still feel my physical body. The lower half of my spirit body was sinking into my bed while my upper body was still above. I then started feeling very weird and my heart started beating fast. I was still sinking under my bed but I guess since I was excited, everything faded back to normal. I then tried to do it again but no luck...

This was my first time EVER attempting a WILD and was wondering if I did it right and if I was close.

Yep;
You were deffinetly transitioning, try to relax else everything goes. I am still trying to find out if the heart pumping is a HH or not.
I wave side to side when transitioning.
