So what am i doing wrong

There was a few times i tried this technique but it never worked, i was going to try it at night but because i got new floor boards, i was abit scared cause they was making noisess allll nightt like creeking in my bedroom and popping, so i am like wtf...

      Anyway

There is a technique where you Breathe in for 5 seconds then exhale for 5 seconds.

then you count down to 1 from 100 like.

100 Deep beath, 99 Deep breath, 98 Deep breath, All the way to 0.

and between 20-35 you wake up in a dream.

So i got all the way to 0 and nothing happened i got up looked at my pc, and all my body was numb and it felt like energy was running through me, like i have eletric going through my body, i sat on my chair, and fell off, stupidly. cuase it tipped over.

I was looking at another forum re-reading it and wondering what i'd done wrong.

BTW: when i was counting i kept loosing count.

With a WILD its not the counting that is important... The counting is a method you use to keep yourself conscious while your body falls asleep, i wouldn't worry, WILD'ing isn't exactly easy, its something you just have to keep trying at till you get it down. Everybody is different and maybe counting isnt the best for you? Just experiment a little.

The closest i have got to actually WILD'ing is entering SP and hearing auditory hallucinations which freaked me the hell out and jolted me out of SP pretty quick.
The technique i used when i acheived this was one i read on the forum, about focusing on my breathing and visualising my chest expanding and deflating, it worked pretty well.

Can i ask how many hours of sleep you had before you attempted this?

Also don't worry about losing count, if you lose count just start again, as i mentioned earlier the counting is only to keep yourself conscious while your body falls asleep.

      Good luck on future attempts!!

Simply because you can breathe, doesn't mean your alive, or that you really live....
