      Am i trying to hard?

      ok so ive been trying to have a LD for a while now ive read everything i can find, ive tryied a few diferent techniques i try to LD pretty much everynight hoping something will happen nothing so far. The WILD is the most confusing for me so far when i do it i get to the point where i feel,hear weird things loud noises random fear blah blah blah which is cool by itself but nothing after that. it just goes away after like 20-30 seconds and this happenes like 4-5 times untill i give up and go to sleep. has this happened to anyone els? i think maybe im trying to hard to have a LD and i should just forget about it for a little while and come back to it. if anyone has tips or anything that would be awesome thanks.

      Go with the mnemonically induced lucid dream first. It was my first lucid dream. By the way with the on and off hallucinations: after they stop, slowly do a reality check with your eyes still closed. If it fails, open your eyes and roam around the dream world.
