Thread: Wilding?

So early this morning I was already awake, but just lying in my bed. After what seemed to be 5mins or so. I turned over to check my phone to see if i had received any messages during the night. I was about to reply to a message when i realised. "im not even looking at my phone, im still in bed with my eyes closed" Is this what the concept of a wild is? it was like i was actually turned over looking @ my phone. It felt so real. Maybe i was just about to drift off to sleep again and this was just before a rem cycle. sorry i dont know alot in this topic.
