      Can I even have SP???

      I sleepwalk ALOT... like once or twice every night. Does that mean I dont have SP? and if I don't can I still wild and also what if I do get lucid but then sleepwalk and wake myself up by it? And ya sry I got alot of questions

      You don't need to have sleep paralysis to WILD. I've only experienced it once in a WILD attempt. Interesting question though.

      I can't give you a direct answer to your question either; I'd recommend seeing a doctor if you're concerned about sleepwalking. I do want to second that sleep paralysis is not required for WILD and is simply something some people may experience as a side-effect during their WILD attempts (but it's not even that common either), so don't focus on trying to get to SP when you're WILDing as most of the time you never will.

      Dreaming is rare during NREM sleep, and muscles are not paralyzed as in REM sleep. People who do not go through the sleeping stages properly get stuck in NREM sleep and because muscles are not paralyzed, a person may be able to sleepwalk
