Try to visualize, visualize a place where you would like to be and if everything goes well you should enter a dream.
      Science for the win.

      3 Step Task

      Fly [ ], Eat [ ], Advanced flying [ ]

You don't necessarily have to open your eyes to enter a dream. If you're concentrating on your body, you will almost NEVER make it into a dream, unless it's like FILD or something. For me it's the realization all senses gone-heat, texture of my bed, all that

well sometimes. I have CRAZY ways of entering dreams, but generally you're kinda not paying attention to anything. Sometimes im about to drift off and i kinda snap out of it to see stars flying in front of my eyes. Generally the transition happens when you aren't thinking about it. (At least for me)
A BIG thing that helped me is- getting to sleep paralysis isn't about being aware/getting excited, or even attempting to enter. I find i relax best if I try to sleep, then catch myself before I fall too far. It's hard to explain, but you'll learn more by yourself, the more you try. That's what i did Also check out Jeff's free falling wild technique, don't got a link to it tho

      freefall technique is good but..
i prefer to mancon WILD technique
      but it's no problem
we dont see the way we enter the dreamworld, it's all about controlling your dream
      thanks for your help

Assuming you're experiencing vibrations, this is a sign you've probably hit your first phase of N2 sleep. It's normal for them to subside (stop) as you pass into N3 sleep, but typically people experience a second N2 phase before REM and REM atonia sets in.

So, you can (but really shouldn't) expect vibrations to occur twice, with a short break in between, before you enter REM.

There is one big truth about this. If you really want to experience lucid dream, you really shouldnt be concentrated on sleep paralysis itself, becouse if you percieve it it means that your attention is still oriented towards your physical body. If you want to transition into dream state, you should accept the fact that your dream body is in dreamworld, not in your bed, even though you dont feel it. You should allow yourself to move your focus into your fantasies instead of concentrating on your body getting numb.

In my opinion the road towards lucid dream over percieved sleep paralysis is simply unnecessary. You are filling your mind with thoughts about sleep paralysis itself, thus leaving no room for dream itself. In my opinion, that is why you might have problems with entering your dream. Your sleep paralysis might be your dream and you might not know it
