      Random LD without any method

I was sitting in the car, on my way home. The ride took about 1 hour and I felt sleepy and was going to take a nap, I just closed my eyes and rested for a while. After a while I saw myself in the middle of a empty field, where the grass was all purple, It felt just like in reality. I directly knew It was a dream and that I shouldn't be sleeping IRL at this time, so that woke me up.

I guess it was an LD after all?, and my first one if so. But just a few seconds long. I guess it could have been a WILD, cause I got to it directly after being awake, but I didn't induce or feel SP or anything.

It was probably a DILD. (Unless you don't get feel any SP or HI at all, which is exceedingly rare.) Since it was a nap it was REM sleep and you probably would have had a dream anyway, but you realized that you were dreaming. DILDs are good places to start to get used to navigating a lucid dream.
We were always dreaming of how it was going to be.

And this because I love it:

Yeah, this was definitely a DILD. Most DILDs do not start with a random reality check and a 'woah it worked, so I am dreaming' but with random realization of being in a dream (the way you experienced)
