      Help me trick my body! :D

      I just made my body completely completely paralysed in 15 minutes!

      I was listening to a a random Astral Projection Guided Meditation video on youtube.

      And when I was relaxing my body I started to feel tingeling sensations in my feet.
      Nothing special just normal relaxation signs. I also had to swallow a couple of times, but I didn't care because I did all this just for fun.
      But when I came to the part where I was supposed to imagine myself getting taller, about 10 minutes into the video, I started to feel strange sensations in my whole body. I thought to myself without caring "A whatever I can't dream after 15 minutes".
      Haha just kidding I was super excited and convinced that I would succeed...
      When the videos was over I continued doing the body growing visualisation and the sensation got even more extreme. I could have done this for hours, because it was a fun but crazy experience
      I tried to levitate my body, out of body experience style and I even tried to sink through my bed. But nothing happend.

      I got a little dissapointed and for some reason I pretended that I was dreaming and I started doing rapid eyemovements, bad move... Because when I did all the sensations stopped.

      I tried to get out of bed and I couldn't move! I got super excited and I closed my eyes again, and tried to separate again. haha! Of course nothing happend and I gave up. When I tried to move again the "paralysis" was gone.

      I don't think that I can dream consciously in 15 minutes, but I can always hope
      Anyway this was a fun thing to do and I am going to try it again while going to sleep.

      But if we just pretend that this was after an awakening. What technique would you use to trick your body that you were asleep?

      And this probably wasn't close to succeeding at all, but what the h*ll happend?!

      Maybe the guided meditation really worked, you should test it out!

      Edit: I tried this again when I was going to sleep, and I got the same sensations again and I fell asleep and woke up again and I knew that I had only dozed of for some minutes, but I gave up here. Then I did one more attempt in the morning and I started to hear the tinitus noise, then the sound of a snowshovel scratching the ground scared the s*it out of me... But I think this relaxation technique can make me partially paralysed in 15 minutes on command.

      I will combine this meditation with a guided obe session, just to see what happens.
