Weird Muscle spasms during SP in WILD

So I was trying to get my first LD and then I got into SP and then my muscles started to jerk a little and it felt like I was shivers so I had to get up and walk around till they went away. Last night was my first time trying to LD and my first time getting into SP so i'm just wondering if this will keep happening and why it happened.
      Thanks!

You weren't in SP. If you were you wouldn't be able to feel any muscle twitches because you'd be paralyzed.

The little jerks and tingling you feel are most likely caused by excitement and anticipation. You're waiting for something to happen to tell you're in SP so your mind grasps every little thing that seems different and enhances it.
