Before answering your questions, do you try WILDing before sleeping or after 3-4 hours of sleep? |

Ok I have noticed that if I keep my focus on counting in my head only evenually I start to break count and start thinking random stuff which will then end with me falling asleep. I've been using it to help with insomnia. Is their anyway I can use this to achieve a wild? what should I do once I realize my logic center or whatever is shutting down? |

How do you suggest we go about this? Do we get up Fast, normally or slowly. I have tried rolling to the side a couple of times when I felt images, vibrations, noises and all sort of stuff and it just ended with me ruining my almost-to-sleep thingie. I did a few reality checks to check if I am really dreaming but they Failed which means I am still not dreaming. Also any other transition techniques? |

I can't get up fast. It's like swimming in the mud. There is always something pulling me back. So yes, slowly might be a good idea. When you are in full SP, you know that if you manage to move even your hand, it is not your real hand, so it makes easy to move other parts of your phantom body. I guess, you are not entering in full SP. First try moving only one part of your body, which probably will be your hands. Then you work on your way. I've done it for like 28 times, but I've still having difficulties. Remember, you can always imagine a dream scene and luckily sucked in to that. I am using AP/OBE because that's the only way it works for me. Or I can say, I'm too impatient to wait for a dream to occur. |

To be honest, if you have Insomnia, i'd probably advise using DILD methods seeing as you already find it hard to fall asleep. |
