      entering a dream from sp?

i invented a wild technique (it was probly already invented but i havent found it) were i let myself fall asleep normaly while keeping a very small amount of focus in not droping a coin in my hand, or a small amount of bodily awareness in that hand. and every now and then i check i havent dropped it and reming myself what im doing.

anyway i have only tried it 3 times so far because i have been busy with school and stuff. but all 3 times i have reached what i think is sp in about 10-20 minutes, and 2 of the 3 times was at night (not near rem).
but i have not been able to get past sp into a dream.
can i please have some tips on entering a dream from sp?
i have tried imagineing the feeling of rolling over and that did nothing, i have also tried vizualization and that became more real and i thought it was going to work but it didnt.

That sounds like a really good idea! I haven't heard of that before. I will definitely try this next time I attempt a WILD

The important thing to bear in mind is that when you have gone through sp and vibrations etc. have subsided, you are dreaming. Don't imagine rolling out f body, literally do it, it's not your physical body you'll be moving. Since you're dreaming there's nothing to stop you visualising an entirely new scene, just remember to work in as many senses as possible.

Always, no sometimes think it's me,
But you know I know when it's a dream
      I think I know I mean a yes
      But it's all wrong
That is I think I disagree

so once i go through sp i just sit up and open my eyes? and i wil be in a dream?
if this is true then i must not realy be in sp because i have been in what i think of as sp and done that and it wasnt a dream.
