      Unhappy after sleep paralisis?

so far I've found it easy to get into sleep paralysis by one method that one guy gave me, I'm not sure If this is WILD because I sleep every night from 10pm and wake up at 4am to do a sleep paralysis so probably Ive missed my REM, this is confusing to me because sleep paralysis is only easy if Ive had a deep long sleep, usually before REM is not enough , should I switch back to wake up before my REM and try?, Because after sleep paralysis I can't seem to fall in to lucid dream but wake up, when my heartbeat raise Its hard for my eyes to stay close, and when its over, Its really over, I'm back to normal conditions and couldn't sleep again. help!

ihave hard time falling asleep to, and there is not much that helps.
BUT! if you are tired there is a change to falling asleep.
If you are fully awake, its a problem, try drink a glass, turn around your blanket and pilllow, and lay down in your bed again.
then try to sleep normally without LD.
      Hope it helps!

      Uhm Moved to WILD.....
      From my rotting body,
      flowers shall grow
      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.

The increased heartbeat and even the difficulty to keep your eyes closed are both effects of the transition. You might be closer than you think.
