      My attempts at WILDING :D

      From here and now i will be typing down every attempt and experience with learning how to wild. I've only tried it twice and will continue to try until i can do it.

      First Try: So, i layed down on my back and tried to concentrate on my breathing, a few thoughts floated into my head but i quickly dismissed them. After about 5 minutes my body started to feel a little warmer (Probably because of the blanket) and then it started getting heavy. I had read that it could take up to an hour for SP to kick in so i was excited that i was feeling things with my body so soon. At the ten minute mark i felt like something was pushing down on my lightly. At the 25 minute mark i felt nothing at all. So i gave up for the night and decided to try again when i woke up. (This was attempted before i went to bed.

      Second Try: I woke up after sleeping for about 5 and a half hours, and decided to try it again. I closed my eyes and tryed to focus on my breathing but found it harder then last night, maybe because i just woke up. I only lasted for about 15 minutes and stopped when i didn't feel anything at all.

      I will be recording my further attempts, Please give advice or story of your first wild expirience.

      The same conclusions with me. But i get some vibration or heart racing and i stops, i never felt the heaviness though until last night when i had some distubances from outside waking me up every few hours in the night. I felt way to heavy to be regular and then i woke up remembering a chunk of a dream but it was not lucid, i think i was over tired and slept.

      I'm trying my first WILD (SSILD) tonight. I'll post results here for anyone who's interested.

      So I went through the cycles and it was going great, but when I rolled over to go to sleep it took FOREVER! Any tips to fall asleep quicker?

      I usually put on peaceful sounds, like rain, ocean waves. And then i count my breaths on every exhale, going to 10 then starting over.

      Well when trying to WILD you don't want to sleep, you want your body to go to sleep and keep your mind awake.

      WILDING UPDATE: I was lying in bed listening to ocean waves, and at the 10 minute mark. (I know the time because the ocean wave video stops and restarts every 10 minutes. ) Around that point i think i fell asleep for a few minutes but i woke up with my eyes still closed, and my body felt heavy. Soon my body started to vibrate, i was so excited i thought to my self "This is it!" and it stopped.
      What i learned. Don't think at ALL during SP
