      can-wild best technique ever?

for those who dont know can-wild is deild but waking up from an alarm instead of auto suggestion.

i was just thinking can-wild is the best tek ever.
it might be a bit tricky at first, but once you get the alarm perfect, the perfect time for it to go off, and learn to stay still when it goes off. then you could just have it go off everynight and have a lucid everynight.
is this right? if it is then i wonder why it isnt more popular?

My watch's alarm wakes me up softly without me even hearing it. Is that what you mean? Would it be as easy as a DEILD after that?

im no expert but if you set your watch alarm to wake you up in rem, and turn itself off, then stay still and enter the dream

When you're awaken by an alarm how can you tell if you were just in a REM cycle?

well you cant realy, if you were just in a dream then you were.
its just that deild is a wild and wild is lots easier when you wake up from rem or a dream.
so you could try remember if you were just in a dream or you could just try it, you will probly be pretty tired because you only woke up for a few seconds and didnt even move, so if your not in rem then you would just fall back to sleep i guess.

The hardest part is setting up the system itself.

Between finding a good sound clip and a free alarm that doesn't require too many hardware shenanigans in order to work right, it takes quite a bit of effort to get right.

It's a great technique and people have had some good success with it but it just isn't for everyone! Different techniques work differently for different people! Some people prefer other techniques to others and get lucid just as much as people using another technique. Also when some people wake up in the middle of the night, it takes them a long time to get back to sleep so it would be hard for them just to drift into another dream.
