You WANT to fall asleep. You HAVE to fall asleep to successfully complete a WILD. The trick is to maintain awareness whilst falling asleep.

Well, you can try different things. One thing that has worked for me, even though it goes against the "no moving policy" is to alternate tapping your first and second fingers. By doing this, you can tricky your mind into thinking it is still awake after you have fallen asleep. Not saying this will work for you, but it has worked for me. You can also try doing basic math in your head while relaxing. Make sure you are sufficiently relaxed first and don't do automatic math problems that you know the answer to already. Do things like 14-5 etc...things you have to think about but that aren't too hard. I've also read that counting backward from 100 down to 0 in your heads also works. There are many different things you can try, hope this helps

Are you asking how to do it? If so, you just tap your first finger, lift it, then tap your second finger, lift it, then repeat.

Okay but wouldn't this not work because you're not being still?
