      Roller Coaster WILD Technique (Visualization)

This is a visualization that I use often. It's really good to use when you're in that groggy half-asleep state when drifting off. This works best after a short WBTB.

A pro of this technique is that you don't have to visualize the surroundings once you're on the ride. In real life, roller coaster rides can be blurry and in the dream, your mind will automagically fill the area scenery just as if you were actually on a roller coaster.

When you start to visualize, always remember to do it in first person. Third person rarely works for me. If you need help visualizing the roller coaster, just go on YouTube and look up first person roller coasters.

First, place yourself in a the front car of a roller coaster, then watch the car shoot off. Before it takes off though, take time to visualize your surroundings in detail. Look at the design of the car, the colors of the paint, the way the interior of the car feels, etc. Listen to the sounds of the people around you, the clanging metal of the other rides, the screaming of people on the roller coaster, etc. This makes the visualization much easier.

When riding on the coaster, just visualize yourself doing whatever you'd normally do on a coaster (throwing your hands up, scream, etc.). For the first minute or so of the ride you want to consciously design the roller coaster as you ride it, but once you start drifting off further let the coaster make itself.

When you realize the coaster has been going on it's own for a short while, visualize the ride coming to an end and then get out of the car. Stabilize in the dream by doing some technique, then go on with the dream. Of course, if you'd rather stay on this super amazing roller coaster that you've made, I don't blame you. Just have fun.

Please reply and let me know how this works for you!

This is the way I always WILD, I decided to use this because when I WILD I feel the vibrations through me like when the coaster is a bit bumpy and also because of the speed I feel I'm going at, it's a fantastic technique I can vouch on it it feels so very very real, it's a ride alright lol
