      Question WILD w/o alarm

      Hello Forums

I share a room and cant sleep with earphones.

If anybody can link me a WILD guide that doesnt include the WBTB technique that would be awesome.

      Thanks

You can try during a nap. Do you have any free time in the afternoon or early evening? What about a lazy sunday where you can lie in bed for an extra hour?

You can teach yourself to naturally wake up in the night
Try repeating: "I will realise when I wake up" for about 15 mins in bed before sleep

I've been LD'ing for 10+ years and have never set an alarm once. I would advise doing any technique that disrupts your NATURAL sleep cycle. Just wake up during the middle of the night naturally and get something to drink and do some reality checks/MILD.

okay, so i can now wake up naturally if I use affirmations before going to sleep!

Thanks for the help guys, now onwards to the next step, a WILD

Actually right now I'm waiting until 3pm to have an afternoon nap. I just try and induce sleep paralysis like normal, right?
