Lifting up while trying to wild

Ok so I was attempting wild the other day and I did wbtb for 20 mins went back to sleep at first the usual happens I get numbness on my body. Then I get these hypnic jerks and twitches. Then when im deeply relaxed and forget where im at something happens where I breath really deeply involuntary and my awareness increases. And like 5 mins later I notice my body lifting up or floating like im weightless then somehow I end up in a dream. Is this whats suppose to happen when I attempt wild ? Also I got 5 hours of sleep.

Did you end up in a lucid dream? If not, you lost your awareness at the last moment, it seems to me.

When you lift up during WILD attempt, some people call it projecting and going OBE, and some people call it WILDing. Depends on, what you believe. I personally believe, that there is a point during WILDing, when you can either project and go OBE, or stick with it and enter a lucid dream.

I can suggest you check out the WILD class in DV Academy. You can read the lessons, even if you don't want to participate. They explain the whole WILDing process very nicely.

It was a lucid dream but everytime I do it I end up inside my house in my bedroom in a dream when I attempt to wild
What might be a nightmare for one might be a wonderful dream for the other

Neither, it really depends on what you're going for, to AP and have a WILD are pretty much 2 in 1. The procedure is pretty much the same up to when the vibrations occur.
