      Unhappy Very painful SP waves

I'm trying WBTB and WILD but sleep paralysis waves are not just some electricity, Actually I'm being bullied.. They drag me all over the apartment and they hold me very hardly. Only once, I fell into deep darkness and it was cool but now i'm When I WILD it's either falling from bed to the ground and sometimes it's like tons of kilograms are falling on me and i'm being twisted in bed. Moreover I hear the very high loud voices and ringings, I can't resist all that it's too much. I need some comfortable waves what is this exactly

99% of time I experience either falling or flying really fast, and I rather enjoy these sensations. And now that you mentioned "twisting" I remembered that happening maybe 2-3 times. Very intense, but I don't recall it being painful.

The falling sensation - lately I'm using it to enter lucid dream. While you falling, try to imagine a familiar place and it may show itself as a dream that you can enter.

Many people report, that after you stop falling or flying, you should be in a lucid dream and all you have to do is get up from your bed. For a longest time I had no idea how to do it. Untill one time, the falling stopped, I saw my room arond me and I remembered I should just get up and a said what a heck, I'll try it. And I got up and was in a lucid dream.

So try to take advantage of it. And if you don't like these sensations, don't worry, most likely they will not last, as my sensations are changing every once in a while and almost never have a same sensation twice in a row. (Other than in a series of DEILDs.)

      FINALLY a reply

That should be really helpful because always after falling it's only black and I fall asleep, next time I will just get up from bed or imagine a place ! and yes they change every time, I see it really weird..

      thx once again

I just remembered, that once I was flying and of course, it was black, and I thought maybe I should try and open my eyes as it was suggested someplace. So I did, and my eyes opened just a little bit and I saw beautiful galaxy going by. I was in space.

Or, you can try and take off your dark sunglasses, or the hood you have over your eyes (as I read this tip here someplace).

And here are articles for a WILD class here in DV Academy. It's a little long but you will not be sorry you read it. Happy dreams
