Weird question about my last WILD attempt

So, I tried WILD for the third or fourth time yesterday, with no success once again.

I was just lying there in bed, motionless, when I feel the usual weird sensation in the limbs and everything; but after some time, my eyelids start to kinda voluntarily "shake" and I couldn't control them. After a while, my eyes start to open slowly and naturally, when I see a little occurrence of a yellow light in front of me, but there's no such LED in any of my Tv or dvd set or anything. So I get excited but don't know what to do and eventually let my eyes open naturally, thus ruining the whole process.

p.s. I tried wild before a nap around 18:00 pm.

What should I have done in this case? How can I know when I'm supposed to close my eyes or I am not supposed to open them at all?

      Thanks all.

Ok, you must have read by now that WILDing without any prior sleep is futile. Sure, someone may get a rare WILD that way, but that's more of an exception than a rule. So why would you set yourself up for a failure? WILDing is already such a complex process, so many things have to go right for you to succeed. So why do it when you have just 1% chance of success.

Do you practice daytime awareness? RCs? Do you recall your dreams? Do you visualize? Do you know the basics of WILDing? If you answeres NO to any of these questions, please check out the WILD class and read all the lessons. They will answer all your questions.

WILDing seems like a shortcut to lucid dream, because you don't need to do any of that boring daytime crap that you need for DILDing. But ecaxtly THAT boring crap will help you with WILDs, DEILDs, and basically with being aware of yourself and of the process of falling asleep much better. Hope this helps. Happy dreams

Yeah I know I'm supposed to try to WILD after I slept for a couple hours. But for some reason it's so hard to me to concentrate for wild after I wake up. I always end up moving, or actually sleeping..But I'll persevere.

I'll also read all the lessons. THanks a lot.
