Can we end up sleepwalking from practising WILD?

I successfully attempted a WILD this morning. Using a technique I had read previously, I visualised how my body was lying on the bed when I was in sleep paralysis. When I finally ended up into a lucid dream, I could feel my dream body leaving my real body and I was slowly sitting up but my dream ended there.

After much thinking, I was worried that is there a possibility I might actually ended up sleepwalking from a WILD since my mind is still pretty aware. And to add on my sleep paralysis wasn't strong till the extent that I can't move. I stopped myself from moving so my vibrations would continue.

And my dream takes place at where I am sleeping. So I was wondering is it possible that I am dreaming but I am executing the same actions in reality too?

Well that's what sleep paralysis is supposed to prevent, your limbs get paralysed when you start dreaming, so don't worry

However those who are sleep-walking have some problem with the sleep paralysis.

But I think you can drop that worry =)

I don't think that LDing will highten your chance of sleepwalking.

Lately I'm entering LD by standing up from my bed, while convinced, that I'm awake and I will ruin my atempt. But it always turns out that I'm sleeping. What I'm trying to say is, that the standing/sitting up feeling is very real, it doesn't make your sleeping body to move, only your dream body. Happy dreams
