Vibrations and sounds are normal part of falling asleep process. When you go to sleep normally, you should not notice them. But when you trying to WILD, you do notice them, because you keep your mind aware past it's 'bed time', when normally would be already asleep. Sensations while WILDing

Have you been trying to have a lucid dream when this happend? Were you doing something differently than on those nights, when you can fall asleep without problems?

Untill I started to lucid dream, I have never noticed them either. But now that I know about them, I do notice them when I'm WILDing, but also as you say, when you wake up and then go back to bed.

If you would like to turn it into WILD, wait for vibrations and noise to stop, then get up or roll out from your bed. You are likely to be in a lucid dream. Do a reality check.

I do have vibrations often, and each time I did RC, I was still awake. But more I read about it, more familiar I have become with the proces. So after reading many times, how you just roll out, it finally started working for me too. Although, I usually wait untill I see my room - while I know my eyes are closed. You can read little more about sensations and types of entry into WILD here.

so if i just wait for them to stop ill likely be in a lucid?!?!?! holy shate i didnt realize how easily i could get a lucid.. the issue is that it scares me sometimes. even when i say that i am not scared... because the vibrations and sounds arent scary.. but i always start thinking of scary things and i get worried that ill have a nightmare and.. yah.. but, i hope i have one of these again soon so i can try to have a lucid with the method you described.. but the sounds i hear.. they are REALLY loud and idk...

The vibrations, sounds and other sensations you can experience during WILD attempt are just a small part of the attempt. And acctually, they should be just observed very passively and you should not get excited when they happen. Here is an excellent tutorial for WILDing (sageous).

You are quite unlikely to have a nightmare. To help you with that, try to visualize some fun dreamscape. Something, you would like to do in a LD, to keep your mind focused on pleasant thoughts.
