      Question Weird vibrations

I'm more of a WILD person. I've read a lot of stuff about wild.
But sometimes when i wild i get very relaxed but weird vibrations ruin my attempt.
I know what vibrations are and that you don't realy need them to wild.
But everybody says they feel the vibrations mostly in their head and that they are diffirent every time that they feel them.
But for me they are always at the same strength (prettey strong, like electricity and almost painful) and not at my head but where my legs connect to my body.
The only common thing is the noises i hear, which are like everybodies else as far as i know -
like a train or a tornado which happen right at the moment of vibrations.
When they first happen i usually flinch a bit, but after 10 secs they come again. I try to relax trough them but nothing happens - they don't end if i don't move and they don't lead anywhere.

      Any explenations, please?

When you WILD, your body sends out a bunch of different energy signals. One involves sending out more energy than your body is used to handling, which creates the vibrations. The vibrations will get stronger and stronger, and then quiet down. You need to keep relaxing yourself further to make this happen and not get uptight. That's when you seperate into an OBE or LD. Just keep holding on.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Demara is correct. If you just hang on a little bit longer until the vibrations stop, you should make it into your OBE or LD.

      Best of luck.

Thanks. But i know what vibrations are and what to do with them. It's just that mine aren't at my head like evereybody says. I tried relaxing trough them but no luck. They don't end until i move, and when i move it's over.
I guess i just have to practice.

perhaps you are mistaking these vibrations with whats called a hypnic jerk, is that possible? I'm sure there's a word for it, but I always get similar feelings falling into a deep sleep. If I don't get a hypnic jerk, chances are I will get the sudden urge to move and some times I can't even control it, or never have been able to. Is this what's happening?

Nope, not a hypnic jerk. I have felt it but this is very diffirent. These are realy like regular OBE vibrations, just stronger, longer and at an unusual place. That's what confuses me - the location.

Don't let the location confuse you. It's normal for different people to experience the vibrations in different places, at different intensities, and accompanied by various audio/visual hallucinations.

I actually think the head vibrations are more distracting. I have a thread here about how I mentally funneled the vibrations from the rest of my body to my Second/Sacral Chakra...which caused some very very interesting (and fun) results.

Basically I'm saying that I think anyone can have control over the vibrations, you just need to learn how to manipulate them.

Aquanina is right, everyone gets the vibrations differently. For instance my vibrations feel physical and are full body, and they feel as strong as entering the atmosphere. I think rather than letting them affect your experience negatively, it's better to try and enjoy them for whatever they are.

I'm totally in the same boat as you man. I get SUPER intense "vibrations"...almost like i'm having electricity pumped into my whole body. I honestly haven't been able to outlast the transitions when it occurs this way. Other times I've gotten lucky and transitioned very smoothly with almost nothing signally that I was about to LD. Unfortunately I usually hear an almost deafening silence or some random sounds that sound so real that I snap out of SP to make sure it's not lol.

Those strong vibrations happened to me once, it was during my 2nd or 3rd attempt of doing WILD. I had them in the area of my abdomen. They lasted for about 30 seconds, and repeated several times. What I did I just let go off on focusing at anything at all. I made my mind blank. It stopped. While being in SP I couldn't get WILD, and I still have problem with it. Anyway, I get SP fairly naturally, but when it comes to entering WILD.......... it's extremely difficult for me.
