True DynoTAP one need to call it something... And I personally call it signs of a dream.
The thing is that if you think it's sleep paralysis it might arise a problem because sleep paralysis is an ambigous word.

And even if you at that moment think that sleep paralysis means the sensations you feel before you dream, it is easy to think "Oh that means that I can't move my body!" which is wrong because you can.

And the moment you direct your awareness to the body there is a big chance that you stay in the body and not direct the awareness to the mind.

If you focus the awareness on the body it can go like this Relaxation -> Your out transitioned but still think you are in bed and you start hearing weird sounds -> You think about the physical body -> Your back in the physical focus.
