Yes. I feel hot too. You could see it like your body sending signals to check if you are awake or not. If you are awake you would move or lower the blanket. So don't react to those heats or itching or anything else, because if you react you'll have to start entering SP all over again. I personally find it difficult to enter a lucid dream from SP. I always fall asleep. I read somewhere, that if you look at the lid of your eyes during SP you see certain objects which will transform into a picture. Hope that helped. |

Thanks for the response! Thats interesting, I havent thought about the vibrations in that way. I am aware however, that no matter what, I shouldnt move to interrupt the process. I've had one occasion where images did begin to form, of a girl laying in bed almost like she was right next to me but I got too aware of what was happening and lost it. Its not an easy feat to jump into the dream and it just requires a lot of practice. How intense do your vibrations get? Mine feel like my whole body is being electrocuted, followed by the intense heat that even leaves a sweaty imprint on my bed lol |

Sorry, I have no idea why you would be so hot, although it could have something to do with meditation? |
