Question Intense heat Vibrations. Need some insight please

      Hello fellow Dreamers,

Lately at some points ill meditate after my first Rem has ended to allow myself to be more aware in hopes of LDing. This has actually bared some fruit but most of the time I end up having these intense Vibrations followed by whooshing sounds in my ear. Now I know these are indications of SP and I have acquired some HH from this. Im still new to the feeling however, and haven't managed to successfully wild. Anyways, thats not what im posting this thread for (I know I just need more practice). My question is that whenever I am feeling these intense vibrations throughout my entire body, I literally begin to burn up in intense heat and start to sweat profusely!? I'm not overweight by no means nor do I usually sweat so much unless im doing cardio for a while. I was wondering if any of you experience the same thing? I'd also like to note that while meditating ill feel some form of heat throughout my body as well but I never get that hot. Any help or insight on this would be appreciated.

Yes. I feel hot too. You could see it like your body sending signals to check if you are awake or not. If you are awake you would move or lower the blanket. So don't react to those heats or itching or anything else, because if you react you'll have to start entering SP all over again. I personally find it difficult to enter a lucid dream from SP. I always fall asleep. I read somewhere, that if you look at the lid of your eyes during SP you see certain objects which will transform into a picture. Hope that helped.

Thanks for the response! Thats interesting, I havent thought about the vibrations in that way. I am aware however, that no matter what, I shouldnt move to interrupt the process. I've had one occasion where images did begin to form, of a girl laying in bed almost like she was right next to me but I got too aware of what was happening and lost it. Its not an easy feat to jump into the dream and it just requires a lot of practice. How intense do your vibrations get? Mine feel like my whole body is being electrocuted, followed by the intense heat that even leaves a sweaty imprint on my bed lol

Well I don't get as hot and sweaty as you haha. And I've been trying to get into a dream from that state for a really long period of time. It has never worked for me. That's why I'm more of a fan of the WBTB method.
This is a Chillstep / Drum & Bass song I'm currently working on: Check it out!

Sorry, I have no idea why you would be so hot, although it could have something to do with meditation?

But the vibrations and whooshing sound and HH are some of the sensations that are part of normal falling asleep process, not SP. Unless you were completely paralysed, you were not in SP. But that's nothing to worry about, because you don't need SP to lucid dream.

The vibrations and sounds, although best to just observe them passively, are a sign that you were very close to entering a lucid dream. Here is an article about different sensations you may or may not experience and how you can enter a WILD from them.

And a WILD (sageous) Happy dreams
