      Agreed, love DEILDs!

      Someone suggested to do this:
Each time you wake up and don't stay still, say to yourself: "Oh, I should have stayed still". Let's say you on your way to restroom and you get to the door, when you remember you wanted to DEILD, so that's when you say it. And hopefully each time you wake up, you say this to yourself little bit closer to bed. Until one day, you remember that when just waking up and you will DEILD.

BTW, if anybody wants to try the morning nap routine described above, feel free to adjust the time of waking up and how long you stay up.

I wake up anytime from 7-9am. Stay up from 1hr-3hrs. Then lay down to TV to get me sleepy. When ready, TV off, towel on eyes and WILD. It works.
