      Scary WILD

Aiight so this is what happened. I was watching tv with my cousin and we fell asleep on the couch. We left the TV on and I woke up around 4 after coming out of a dream at my school. Then I was kinda awake kinda asleep and I decided to close my eyes. I saw like thousands of saint's row insignia and they were all purple and green. Then I just let myself sink into the couch and the sound went like all deep and it was like the dolby sound effect. Anyways then I could hear like all this white noise coming from the TV and I knew I was in a dream it was just right where I was before I went into the dream. Then I opened my eyes and it was all black and white. I tried to say I am dreaming but my mouth was open and i couldnt move it. My back also had these spasms running through it. I got all scared and decided to wake myself up and then I was just lying there. Is this normal to happen what could i do to stay in the dream wiff out getting scared next time.

Remember what you're experiencing is a dream and it is not "real" (the term real is subjective).

Stay calm, look around. The best way to stabilise a dream is to engage in the environment, look around, take things in - make your mind work! Spin, look around, look at your hands, rub your hands together.

In my first LD I couldn't speak either, it comes with practice once you get used to the idea that you're aware in your mind.

So yeah, stay calm - this is a new experience so you are naturally cautious and scared.

I like to see it as your subconscious is actively trying to scare you so you can't discover the wonders of the LD'ing experience or uncover secret information hidden in your mind . Once you prove yourself through not being scared and taking some control over your subconscious, you can then start to have fun

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
