I am waking few times a night. (I wasn't some time ago, but I was practicing DEILD, and now I am. I don't regret it ) Everytime I wake up, I'm just closing my eyes and it feels like seconds later I'm sleeping.
Few questions about it:
1. If I open my eyes, and then close them, without moving my body, would it be possible to DEILD?
2. If not, would that make my WILD attempt faster? If yes, how much faster?
3. How can I keep my awareness while being in a half-awake near-sleeping state?
4. What are my brainwaves when waking up at night, without moving my body? (With eyes opened)
