Anytime I try to wild, I get to sensations and HH. I have had several lucid dreams lately. However, sometimes when im WILDing, It feels like I have two hands, both facing opposite directions. After a while, I can only feel the pair of hands that I know is not my reality hands. I dont know what to do from there. I have ruined my attempts several times performing reality checks. I do motionless reality checks and they never work. What do when I feel what I want to believe are my dream hands from my dream body?

You can try and stand up or roll out, bucause by then it's very possible that you are dreaming. Practice moving your phantom body during day. Lay down and try to move your body, but without acctually sending signals to your muscles. Of course, it will not work, but when you already have your dream hands, it will work and you will be able to stand up and be in a dream. I only recently started to reach out with my dream hands after some HH and that pulled me into the dream lucidly. Good luck
