      Wild in afternoon?

      I know we can wild in afternoon coz I remember a dream of afternoon,But how to start,no idea,

      Naps are the way to go in that case, if you already have scheduled naps then you just have to use WILD method as you fall asleep during them and remain aware, otherwise find time for a nap and use WILD method during it too.
      Though in any case you might have to change times as you go on, the thing about WILD naps is that you need to find time that is as close to perfect as you can get for your WILD, the time where you go directly into REM and where you can fall asleep good enough to not wake up instantly, it also varies from person to person and depending on sleeping schedule so i don't know exact time for you on that.

      I generally sleep for almost 1hr and 30 mnts , should i try to wild as I go to sleep or wake up after 30 mnts and try to wild.I think wilding as i go to sleep doesn`t work for me.

      In a nap, as you fall asleep, you go pretty much straight to REM. So you don't have to sleep a little and then WILD. You can WILD as you lay down for a nap. Your "prior sleep" that you need for a WILD was you overnight sleep.

      But if too much time has past from the time when you woke up in the morning, your nap may be taken by your body as a normal sleep time and you will go through normal stages of NREM and REM.

      So the main question is, how much time is too long. Some people are having luck even with late afternoon naps. I had success only with morning nap 1-4 (maybe 5) hrs after I woke up in the morning. Except maybe 1-2 afternoon DILDs. So it's up to you to try which time will work for you.

      I almost sleep after 7 hrs before my normal sleep
