Naps are the way to go in that case, if you already have scheduled naps then you just have to use WILD method as you fall asleep during them and remain aware, otherwise find time for a nap and use WILD method during it too. |

In a nap, as you fall asleep, you go pretty much straight to REM. So you don't have to sleep a little and then WILD. You can WILD as you lay down for a nap. Your "prior sleep" that you need for a WILD was you overnight sleep. |
