      plan for wild

hello. I am going to try to wild lucid dream tonight. So here is my plan. First i will go to sleep and wake up at 4 o clock. then i will use the bathroom and go back to sleep. i will then stay completly still on my back and just wait until i enter SP. is this a good plan?

First part is solid. Sleep at least 4.5 hrs then use the restroom. Stay up for a bit (this is called wake-back-to-bed). Untill you can think straight, but still tired enough.

Then, you don't need to stay completely still or be on your back. And you absolutely don't wait for SP. SP will happen after you start dreaming.

But there is lot more to WILDing than this. Please check out
WILD (sageous) to read about every detail of the whole process.

^^ Instead of asking Gab to recite an entire WILD tutorial for you, why not just go to the class and check it out? It might answer all your questions. If my WILD class is too long, try Gab's more brief, but still thorough, WILD tutorial. It is much better to take a little time to get a feel for something as involved (and rewarding) as WILD, or LD'ing in general, than to just have someone tell you quickly what to do.

      Good luck!
